Who we are

Marison was started in 2000 in response to the growing demand for a level of service vastly different to that offered by traditional consulting firms.

After many years working both internally within industry, and as an external consultant, we had witnessed the growing downwards trend for firms to truly partner with clients in order to deliver value. Large consulting firms were selling pre-packaged solutions that had been developed for prior clients and would simply try to convince new clients of the value of purchasing something that had been tried before, however delivers little competitive advantage.

We set about establishing a business that would focus on working with clients to develop business solutions that would not only achieved the set objectives, but significantly improve the business’s overall position – whether in the market, in the minds of stakeholders, or in the value of its shares. Only through truly understanding a client’s business and by developing a solution that exactly matches the client’s size, shape, and needs can you truly deliver a sustainable transformation.
